Foreign trade data from euro area is due on Friday, headlining a light day for the European economic news.

At 2.00 am ET, Destatis is scheduled to issue Germany's final inflation data. Inflation is expected to match the flash estimate of 1.6 percent in March.

Also, Finland's consumer prices and GDP figures are due.

At 3.00 am ET, Spain's INE releases final consumer prices for March. Inflation is seen at 1.2 percent, in line with flash estimate.

At 4.00 am ET, Poland's consumer prices are due for March. Prices had increased 1.3 percent annually in February.

At 5.00 am ET, Eurostat releases euro area foreign trade data. The trade surplus is forecast to rise to EUR 20.2 billion in February from 19.9 billion in January.

In the meantime, Greece's inflation data is due for March.
